本プライバシーポリシーは、株式会社ファーストスカイ（以下「当社」）が提供するアプリ「進化！〇Xゲーム｜2人対戦マルバツゲーム」（以下「本アプリ」）における、ユーザー情報の取り扱いについて説明します。

本アプリは、以下の情報を第三者サービスを通じて収集することがあります。

広告（Google AdMob）

• デバイス情報（機種、OSバージョンなど）
• 広告の表示・クリックに関するデータ

本アプリは全年齢を対象としており、COPPA（児童オンラインプライバシー保護法）に準拠しています。パーソナライズ広告は無効化されており、広告識別子（広告ID）によるユーザー追跡は行いません。

• 個人を特定する情報は含まれません

情報の利用目的

• 広告の表示および最適化
• アプリの不具合修正および品質向上

第三者への提供

収集した情報は、上記の目的のためにGoogle LLC等のサービスプロバイダーと共有されることがありますが、それ以外の第三者に販売・提供することはありません。
